  1. Can you get a cancerous lump anywhere on your body? And would the lump hurt?

Technically yes, since the whole body is made up of cells.
But to assume cancer right off is not necessary.
I would think it sounds more like a bruise, an injury.
A lump needs investigating, asking questions first.
Where is the lump, is it only one, how long has it been there, what does it look like, how big is it, is it tender to the touch, has it grown, has it shrunk, did you bump this area, is it hard or soft?
There are many things to ask before even thinking about cancer.

Virtually anywhere, so yes. It would be painful and malignant.

  4. Sure you can. It would depend on where the lump was as far as pain goes, some do, some don't.

Yes, you can get it anywhere. Cancer is basically your body's cells turning against your body and it can happen anywhere. No, it doesn't always hurt. If you have a suspicious lump, go to the doctor. It's always better to be safe.

    Many lumps are simple cysts.

Yes, and no. You can get cancerous lumps virtually all over the body, but no, they usually do not hurt at all. Most "lumps" aren't cancerous at all, and are instead benign or indications of a minor infection or something fairly insignificant. Get it checked it out if it's been there for a while or you're concerned.

Your avatar of the bleeding eye is seriously creeping me out. *shudders*

    Take care
