Aching arms after weight training?

The aching is a good thing - means your tore your muscles up yesterday. I would leave it another day or work another group of muscles.
Best thing to do is biceps and back one day then triceps and chest the other.
1 hour a day is probably the perfect amount of time. Just make sure your doing the right reps -
for muscle growth - heavy weight with low reps 3 x sets
for conditioning - low weight with high reps 3 x setsPosted 1 year ago #
