Acidic foods make me itch?

    Often times (especially after a night of drinking) acidic foods will make my skin itch--back, arms, legs, face occasionally. Tomatoe sauce and hot sauce especially and I usually notice it the morning after drinking. Any idea what could be the cause of this?

    It could be the bile build up in your liver that backs up into your bloodstream. Most drinkers have this, it's worse in heavy drinkers. And it also happens to pregnant women. You should get a Liver Panel (LFT) done, talk to your PCP. They have meds for it...good luck
