    Hey Everyone,

Acne has always been a huge struggle for me. I began using various Oxy Pads at first, and when those didn't work I tried things like Apple Cider Vinegar. When those didn't work, I tried all kinds of face washes. After disappointing results, I finally consulted a dermatologist. I was perscribed various creams, which did not work. They then moved on to pills, which also didn't work. Currently, I am using Proactiv, which has not yielded the results I am looking for. It helps keep it mostly under control, but my face is never clear, especially along my jaw line.

Currently I am involved in a touring drama, and will be performing through May. The drama involves complete masks of makeup, which I have heard cause most people's skin to break out. My first performance is this weekend, and I am getting nervous about my face breaking out even more. On top of that I am still not happy about my face the way it is, because it's not clear, and my skin doesn't look very healthy (it's not bad, it's just not what I want).

I am nineteen, and very tired of struggling with acne. Is there anything, ANYTHING, that anyone could recommend that might help? I'm looking for something to clear it up, keep it under control, and even something to heal and restore my skin. Thank you so much for any recommendations!

1)Wash your face twice a day in warm salty water.
2)Apply undiluted lemon juice, two to three times a day, on the affected areas.
3)Use green tea as a face scrub to loose blackheads.
4)try don't to eat to much junk food like chips chocolate ect.because you can get more by that.
5)Try to stay away from fatty foods. Eating correctly is very important in terms of keeping acne away.

  3. drink more water if you don't already. That helps alot. Your diet could be a factor if you are not eating enough fruits and vegetables.

In my experience I use a mix of equate black head cleaning scrub and clearasil stayclear daily oil-free daily face wash. I use one , one day and the next day i use the other to mix it up. And it helps my skin to clear up. I also have a acne preventing cream that I use and that helps out too when i use it it is Clean and Clear Oil free Dual action moisturizer. Clean& Clear and Equate both have Salicyclic Acid which helps with acne.

Definately wash your face throughly after you are done with the make up and never fall asleep with it on. I know when I wear even a little bit of face makup to sleep i bbreak out. I also break out when I get stressed. Maybe that is a factor to your acne? Also try face macks once in a while it may help out as well.

Good luck to finding what works for you:)

I have used Proactive in the past but it really doesn't last long. It felt like my skin just "got used" to it after a couple of months.
Then I used a kit from a company called Jafra, and I stopped that, for no reason really.
I started taking birth control last year and it seems like it controls my pimples. I have not had and breakouts at all. Now I alternate using Stridex and the repairing lotion from Proactive and a Pond's cold cream.
My mom uses clinique for her skin problems (she has rosacea) and it works really well.
So yeah: Jafra & Clinique will run you around 80 bucks while stridex around 7 I believe.
    Good luck though!

There is this new popular cream that people have been talking about.

It prevents future and existing acne, diminishes scars, and lightens skin and blemishes. Fast results too! (It's been claimed that major results can be seen within a week and no later than two weeks)

Before and After photos are available at the given ebay site.

This person is providing 1-3 week trial samples (Only for ONE DOLLAR.. definitely a deal) on ebay at:

Search up "Cee En's Acne Solution" on ebay.

First 100 customers can get the item for $1 for one week trial and up to 3 weeks. Or you can purchase 1 month supply for $40, 3 month for $100, or 6 month supply for $150

It's expensive, but the product DOES work.

My sister and cousin who both have major acne have tried the product and they both give it thumbs up. I have also heard many great feedbacks about this cream.

I don't have a problem with acne, but it seems to have great results on my sister who has moderate to severe acne. Her acne swelling went away overnight.

check the seller's feedbacks on the cream

    I hope this helps. =)
