I just got new glasses (a small Rx according to the doctor) I've tried to wear them but it feels too much like looking through glass. Does it take time to adjust? When I wear my glasses I see kind of foggy and it hurts my eyes. The glasses are supposed to help because I work in front of the computer all day but it's now worse.

It takes a couple days to get used to. You keep seeing the lenses at first, and you are SO aware of the rims, but after a few days, your eyes adjust and you feel completely comfortable in them.
HOWEVER, if your vision is foggy in your glasses and they make your eyes hurt, you have the wrong prescription.

You mention it is for computers. Do you only wear it for computer use? If it is just for computers, you might notice everything to be blurry further away.
If they are suppose to be everyday glasses then you do need time to adjust to them. It shouldn't be foggy but more like a swimming effect (floor looks closer or further away), yet everything should be clear. If anything go back to the optical and have them recheck the prescription. Maybe lab error?
