Allergies/hay fever if no red, watery itchy eyes?

My sinuses get really congested a few times a year (maybe sinus infection, which I know can be triggered by an allergic reaction). I'm wondering if I have hay fever.

I stay indoors most of the time. Although I sneeze occassionally and get really congested with sinus headaches, I don't ever have red, watery or itchy eyes.

    What is this???
I also experience a lot of postnasal drip and sometimes a sore throat because of it - but usually not an itchy throat.

Common allergens that occur indoors are dust, dust mites, mold and cockroaches.

You can have allergies without having red, watery or itchy eyes. Hay fever generally is seasonal and occurs when there is an increase of pollens in the air through Spring and Summer. If it is not during these times then it is most likely an indoor allergen that is creating the problem.

Food allergens may also trigger post nasal drip and sinus infections such as cow's milk allergy.

It sounds like allergies, I have the same thing, it's really gross waking up every couple of hours to blow my nose because it blocks up! Antihistamines should do the trick!
