Allergy to Buffalo Sauce?

One of my flavors of all time is buffalo sauce. If you don't know what it is, it's "hot wing" sauce, it can also be used on other things, but is still best drenched on chicken.

I think that I may be allergic to one of the ingredients. Only since this year, every time I eat it, my face feels to be radiating heat, turns red, and starts to tingle, and I feel lightheaded. You might be saying, "Well then you're just a wimp."

I still love spicy food, and the sauce doesn't even burn my mouth, it makes my cheeks and neck radiate, tingle, and I feel very odd. Is it safe to say that I've developed an allergy to one of the ingredients?

And I do recall that the last time I had hot wings, the sauce wasn't... digested, if you know what I mean.
I'm 15. I'm pretty sure that age has something to do in developing allergies.

most buffalo sauce is just hot sauce mixed with butter 1:1

I happen to have a bottle of hot sauce in my fridge here are the ingredients:
    aged cayenne red peppers,distilled vinegar,salt,xanthan gum,dehydrated garlic

thats all. This is just the store brand hot sauce (kroger) so it depends what the sauce is made of that you are using. maybe it has a weird ingredient in it
