Allergy to carbohidrates: cure? solution? treatment?

Is it definitely an allergy? It sounds more like a metabolic (thyroid, endocrine) reaction.
Your body will naturally feel more tired after a carb meal, because while carbs are a great fast source of energy, they require more energy to break down initially. Do you get less tired if you have a carb/protein combo, like cheese and crackers, or a sandwich with meat and/or cheese? The protein will require more time to break down, but will also slow the absorption of the carbs, which could ameliorate your symptoms.
I would recommend seeing an endocrinologist, who can better diagnose you.

    Best of luck!

First, have your blood sugar evaluated.
Second, that is not an allergic reaction. An allergic reaction would be something like diarrhea, cramping, hives, difficulty breathing.
Third, make sure that you have protein AND a little good fat (monounsaturated is best) along with WHOLE GRAIN carbs.

Sounds like a blood sugar issue. See an endocrinologist.

Allergen can be a protein only,if you sleep after carbohydrate then it is due to raised blood sugar after cabohydrate diet, get your blood sugar checked after a meal, reduce carbohydrate in meals.Admiral V K Singh

Getting sleepy can be a symptom of celiac, a gluten intolerance. It is not unknown for people to have multiple dietary intolerances. The most effective treatment is to figure out what is bothering you and eliminate it from your diet. ∠°)
