That sounds very healthy and you are eating 4 times a day which is very good. Do you know how many calories that is. It is usually a good idea to stay between 1500-2000 calories while trying to lose weight. But i think that sounds like a pretty good diet. Are you working out along with that. If you are working out hard you could probably make the portions a little bigger and still lose weight. Just make sure you are giving your body enough fuel for what it is doing. You should feel a little bit of hunger throughout the day when you are restricting calories but should not feel dizzy or light headed because you have not eaten enough. If you feel good throughout the day with that amount of food then I think it is okay. And yes along with exercise you will lose weight.
