Your bladder is inside your body. Are you talking about your vagina? Your vagina is where you pee from when you go to the bathroom.

I'm going to assume you meant your vagina. So, about bout the "ball" you've mentioned, I think that is yeast (bacteria). Open your two outer vaginal "flaps", if you see white, cottage-cheese like stuff inside, this is where the "ball" came from. Don't freak out though. Yeast is only considered an infection when there is so much of it that it causes irritation. Such as, redness, soreness, itching, and a fish-like smell. If you are experiencing any of those, please talk to your mom or go to the doctor. Otherwise, all you need is a good cleaning. Next time you take a bath, open your two vaginal flaps, allow the white stuff to float out. BE GENTLE! Don't scrape it out, just let the water do it. And, unlike what others say, all you need is water. A buildup of yeast is common, even babies get yeast infections.

Yeast has nothing to do with puberty or getting your period, since women of all ages have yeast.

Now for about the milky substance in your underwear, this is vaginal discharge. Discharge is a HUGE sign that you're going to get your period soon. :) Congrats! Usually girls have discharge for 6 months before they start their period, though, this can vary up to a year (or more). Some girls don't get discharge before their first period.

Lastly, when your mom got her period is the biggest sign. Like mother like daughter, genetics play a huge role in figuring out when you will get your period. Most girls get their period around the same time their mom did, give or take a couple years.

I think you're going to start your period very soon. Start wearing pantyliner daily so we don't have any surprises, and it will protect the discharge from staining your undies.

Hope I helped! If you have any questions, just message me. I don't bite. :)
