A few hours ago, I figure skated for about two hours, and I ran through my routine four times, even though I felt really short of breath. Now, even though I've been resting, I still feel a little short of breath with some pressure on my chest. I used to have asthma years and years ago, but I haven't had an attack for about eight years. Could it be possible that I'm having one right now? I don't have an inhaler with me or anything, because my mom threw them out once she thought that I'd never have another asthma attack again. I also feel like my heart is kind of fluttery. What should I do?

Well for me, I get that feeling whenever I do heavy exercise. Sometimes I get it when I have a cold. Most of the time it happens randomly without a cause and then goes away.
If you had asthma before then you should really see a doctor.Posted 2 years ago # -
Hi you need to be seen right away. With the shortness of breath and pressure and your heart feeling fluttery it is best to be seen. Good Luck.
