Okay, so I am nearly fifteen and I have a little bit of baby fat on my stomach.
I tried starving myself for a few days but, I gave up. Because I got sick.
I think I am overweight. I am 5,6 tall and weight 115 pounds.
I look in the mirror and I see really fat thighs.
I do know that when i sit all my fat rolls bunch up, its so disgusting.

I did sits up and crunches for a week and I noticed, my stomach was hard and it sort of stuck out more and bulged out more?

    Why is this?

How can I get smaller thighs and a flat stomach?

I eat right and I am a marathon runner and I play netball.

    What is the go?

I'm 5'5" and I weigh 140 and I have a boyfriend who loves every bit of me. You are FINE, nobody is going to hate you because you're not an anorexic model, you're pretty skinny for being that tall.

The reason why your stomach stuck out more was because you built ab muscles. You originally have fat on your stomach, the ab muscles are located behind the layer of fat. So when you build ab muscles and have fat on your stomach it makes your stomach look bigger. Doing sit ups and crunches don't burn ab fat at all, it just builds muscle. Think of it like this, you did not have any ab muscles originally, but you had fat. By doing those sit ups and crunches you developed ab muscles and muscles take up room. However, you still had that fat on your stomach and the fat layer covers your muscles. Therefore, it made your stomach stick out more so it could hold both the muscle and the fat.

Furthermore, you can't target fat loss on a specific part of your body. Your body only loses fat as a whole. So in order for you to lose that fat you have to lose weight through diet and exercise. Decrease your caloric intake and do cardio to burn up some of those calories and you will lose weight. Just don't expect immediate results because it doesn't just happen overnight.

Oh and I don't think that you're overweight at all. I think you just need to tone up.
