Hi I just got contacts a few days ago. The lady never exactly explained what to do with the solution. So i've just been putting some solution in my contact case (With my contacts) When i'm not using them, and leave them overnight. And when I use my contacts I empty the solution. So.. Just checkin' if i'm doing it right?

Sort of. I use the solution for adding stickiness (To keep the contact on your eye), and to clean it. You should replace the solution daily, or if your afraid/paranoid, every time.

What your doing is fine. However, it is best to give the lens a gentle rub before placing in the case overnight in the solution. Place a few drops of solution in the palm of your hand, lay the contact lens onto and cover with a bit more solution. With the tip/pad of your finger (no nail!) GENTLY rub the inner of the contact in small rotations and then put in the case with your fresh solution. This removes any build up on the lens. Solution should be changed every day.
