Hi, As I said in my question before I make 60 sit-ups, 20 push-ups, 50 3kg metals, and 60 backtraining everyday. But always the next day nothing hurts. I used to do like 40 sit-ups and the next day it hurted as hell. But I have done the training I do in almost 1 week. But everyday the next day its not hurting. I make sit-ups on bed, because it will train harder. Try it.
By the way, why does my body not hurt the next day..
