Look, I don't know what this is, but you need to keep going to the doctor until they give you a reason why this is happening. So they have done two test, they need to do more. Go back. Complain louder. This is important.

I honestly don't know but you should get a second opinion. A third one and a fourth one too. As many as it takes for someone to figure out what is wrong.

You probably got one of the musculoskeletal chest pains.
The musculoskeletal structures of the thoracic wall and the neck are a relatively common source of chest pain. Pain arising from these structures is often mistaken for angina pectoris, pleurisy or other serious disorders.
The more common causes are costochondritis, traumatic muscle pain, trauma to the chest wall, “fibrositis” syndrome, referred pain, psychogenic regional pain syndrome, and arthritis involving articulations of the sternum, ribs and thoracic spine.
Careful analysis of the history, physical findings and results of investigation is essential for precise diagnosis and effective treatment.
None of the musculo-skeletal pains show on ECG. Though nothing serious, consult an Internist, just in case.
