Are blood glucose meters accurate?

    Yes this meter is accurate as I have used it in the past. Honestly all the meters are accurate. You could always use the red liquid that comes with the meter to just make sure it's reading accurately.

    I also use the Freestyle Freedom meter and find it to be accurate. Every week though I use that test solution that you get with it to make sure it is reading properly.If you keep getting different readings a lot then it could be a defective strip or you could try a different spot to check.

    Yes they are most of the time.
