it seems like alot of the times after i perform oral sex on my girlfriend, i end up with a coldsore, or perticularly specific- the like skin bridge underneith my tongue, which ends up being sore, abit swollen, and even whiteish the next morning. we both (or at least she claims) to only have ever been sexually active with each other. so im curious if theirs any other explanations, if it could just be a basic bacterial infection or what. thanks for the help guys.

That whitish sore spot in your mouth is not herpes. You have a canker sore whose cause is unknown. These things come and go for various reasons, like being under stress, and they are not "catching." Performing oral sex is a risky thing, because you could get Herpes Simplex 2, otherwise known as Genital Herpes, on your lips and in your eyes, and you would have a bear by the tail. Stay await from this, and use a condom when you're having intercourse, and be aware that sex partners are not always truthful about all sexual experiences.
