I mean, sore eyes is a virus right? And some people, even though they already know that it is communicable still acts like as if they don't really care at all if you're affected by their illness or not, usually because they say they're wearing glasses. So, are glasses enough protection to keep their sore eyes to themselves?

You must mean infected not affected and glasses do not stop some infections - you spread it with your hands.
