even though it hurts you should still probably lift the skin and pull out the piece of wood so that it doesn't get infected which you probably wouldn't want because then you will have to go to the doctor and they will have to drain the infection out of it and then they still have to lift the skin to get the piece of wood so you will be doing yourself some favors if you do it yourself
