    i would think so...
this past week i've been having shortness of breath, to the point of hyperventilation at times...
my heart also hurts, or feels uncomfortable.

i hesitate to go on for the heart discomfort because i'm also depressed and in that state its hard to know if its just depression or if my heart REALLY hurts. ya know? anyways...
i'm so short my arm is pretty much at level withm my heart on the machines ;P

and i'm a pro on those machines, from waiting for mommy at the grocery store.

    :/

i even know to test over and over on different machines at different times in different conditions. gah.
    its def. 100/70-100/75

  2. Nope. normal is 120-130. It seems pretty low to me. Make sure to not make sudden movements while administering the test because it could throw the reading off. Also, make sure your arm is at the same level as your heart.

This is a little low. You say you have been depressed, sometimes depression, stress or anxiety can all play a role in low or high blood pressure, But it does not explain the shortness of breath or chest pain, you could have a blockage and I would suggest you go see a doctor.
