Well,.. as for your hemoglobin -- it is low, but isn't incredibly low. Yes, you could be slightly anemic, your doctor will follow up with on your results. If not, you need to call.
To accurately judge your results I would need your other values and any symptomatology -- at any rate, your hematocrit should have been tested, and if not 'circled' is likely in range. If so, that is incredibly important in gauging the seriousness of a lowered hemoglobin level. You are running 11.4, which is low.. but generally anything close to 12 with proper hematocrit percentage is 'ok'. You aren't in any significant danger, but some 'tweaking' of diet, and supplements might be necessary. Follow up blood work is as well.
Your blood sugar is actually on the high end of normal. Some ranges will allow 6.6 to be out of normal reference and others will extend up to about 7%. Your glucose can change based on what you ate prior to the visit (or didn't eat). If your doctor is at all concerned with that level he will have you fast before another test.
Is the hemo low enough to be anemia -- possibly, sure.
Is the blood sugar high enough to be diabetes? I would say no.
Again, your physician should answer these and more questions.
