Blood test results - Triglycerides, Billirubin and Uric Acid?

    Triglycerides are great.
    Billirubin total a little high. Might indicate liver problem.
    Uric Acid. Within reference range, but Dr, Richard Johnson MD, states that anything over 5.5 mg/dL will cause high blood pressure and kidney disease.

    The three main causes of elevated uric acid are fructose, beer and meat. The primary sources of fructose are table sugar and high fructose corn syrup. Watch the videos for more information.
