Braces help! Spacers?

    Omigosh, I remember when I had braces.
    OUCH OUCH OUCH.
    Spacers hurt SO much.
    I just took A LOT of Aleve & it seemed to help.
    Your mouth won't be so sore tomorrow.

    I used ibuprofen which is similar to tylenol and advil. And the spacers wont fall out, unless you eat something weird and it wiggles out. but chances are they wont fall out. and they're not supposed to.
