the diarrhea would be from passing a cold. It doesn't always happen that way but a lot of times the infected mucus in the large quantities that you would be swallowing would be causing the diarrhea.
Start taking the amoxicillin it is a form of penicillin and usually clears up most infections. The color of your stool is affected by what you eat and drink. The bile in your stomach is yellow . You drank blue juice. yellow + blue = green. Don't worry about it. Do start taking the antibiotic immediately.
