its a cramp in your abdomin. breathe through your nose and when your done running hands on top of your head always stretch and get in better shape.

Its a cramp. Just keep running every day, and it will less'en.

I think its normal gradually it will ease up, when you run breathe deeply and steadily, if it persist you must go do a check up

If you are on a school team, talk to your coach and go visit the sports trainer. Have him or her check it out and do what they tell you to do.
I don't think it's anything to worry about, probably just the typical cramping that comes with running. I ran cc for 5 years, so I know it well :)
Just breath deeply, pace yourself, take breaks when needed (but never walk or it will get worse when you start up again). Try running with your hands on top of your head. It opens the lungs more and gets blood flowing to your heart.Posted 1 year ago #
