  2. GREEN vein???..what are you, a Vulcan?? Seriously, though...you should be fine....you have to give the skin time to heal. Did you cool it down for AT LEAST 4 minutes under the cold water tap as soon as it happened? I doubt it.... if you had, then the damage wouldn't have been as bad. Burns hurt like crazy but are only sreious if they either cover a large area or are very deep.
If you are worried, put your mind at rest and see a doctor/nurse.

you will be fine, you have at the most a second degree burn, give it a few days. Believe me if you hurt that vein you would really know it.

You don't put aloe vera on burns caused by trauma.

You put aloe vera on friction blisters or first degree burns; example: a sunburn.
Burning yourself w/ a pair of metal tongs is not a minor burn. The white scar is probably a blister, a second degree burn. You don't put *anything* on a second degree burn but a sterile dressing.
Cool the burn by running a cloth under cool water, wringing it out and placing it on the burn for 10 to 15 minutes. Then place a sterile gauze or clean cloth over the wound and using first aid tape to hold it in place.
