    The chances are close to 0 at that age. It's most certainly hormonal since her breasts are still growin'.
    While it is extremely unlikely to be cancer, if it persists and you're still worried talk it over with your mother or your school nurse.

    The simple answer is yes, I knew a little girl of 3 who died of cancer of the womb.
    However your friends lump could well be innocent but encourage her to get it checked out anyway.
