so i have this medicine left over from my sinus infection a couple of day's ago, and now i just found out i have a urinary tract infection, will this help cure it?

Can AMOX-CLAV help with urinary Tract infections?

amoxicillin is a general broad spectrum antibiotic and should work, provided there are enough doses left over. usually the doctor only prescribes enough doses to get through one infection, about 10 days worth. If you stop taking it too early the infection can return and be harder next time to eliminate.

it sounds you needed antibiotics like ampicillin family to inhibit to growth of the organism .
