Can heart ache cause heart attack?

    If you had a broken heart of course but with a heart ache rarely.

    yes i thnk they do in my opinion it brings on sadness and sadness brings on anxeity and anxiety brings on dis comfort and stress and then the stress is what kills and being a part of the heart maybe thats why they call it heart break because it attacks the heart

    Absolutely! I have heard of these things happening and have friends who told me that this has happened to some of their grandparents.
    One of my friends grandfather had died of some health issues. He had been married for over 50 plus years. His wife who was in good health died a month later. Doctors said that she passed away in her sleep and saw some blockage areas around her heart. It wasn't there in the previous week that she had been seen for a check-up.
    People don't believe that this can actually happen, but it can.
