it would be something that the steam has picked up and made air born and gaseous, before the water hit the substance it was probably a solid and was unable to irritate your sinuses. the Only thing I can suggest is to breath through your mouth or get some nose plugs like they use for swimming (but people may bug u for that)

haha thats funny! but it could be what you are using in the shower, and also i notice myself that i all of a sudden sneeze a couple times and have to blow my nose after being in the shower. this is prob bc of the steam losening your mucous. you could ask your doc or research it on google, maybe you will find others with the same problem! hope this helped!

Oh, I have this! I am allergic to mold, and that is the cause of my shower sneezing fits. Check your shower and shower curtain for signs of mold. If there is mold, clean it with Clorox and get rid of your shower curtain. Most showers have mold in them that looks like plain dirt. Many school locker room showers have mold in them, so you can just say it's allergies, or say something else along those lines. You could also be allergic to your soap like someone else said, but then you would get a rash and/or hives, not sneezing. So, I think that you are allergic to mold. You should see an allergist and get an allergy test for mold and see if you are allergic. Try taking an antihistamine like Zyrtec before getting in the shower or going to school, and that should help you a lot. Hope this helps! :D

it may be that the temperature is causing histamine release--- sort of a temperature-related asthma type condition. you might try Benadryl ( over the counter antihistaminic medication)--- caution: it may make you sleepy.
