I looked up a tutorial online and it says I can use hydrogen peroxide with baking soda. I mixed them up already and it already looks like a paste, thick liquid. But I heard that I can just use baking soda. Is hydrogen peroxide dangerous if i don't swallow it? If it is, how do I brush my teeth with just baking soda?

hydrogen peroxide isn't dangerous use it almost like a mouthwash. don't swallow and wash your mouth out really good with water after. I personally like just using plain baking soda. I just dip my wet toothbrush in a bit of dry baking soda, it sticks on then stick in your mouth and brush like you do with toothpaste. It taste AWFUL, but you get used to it, if its really bad you can add a tiny bit of your toothpaste to it to help with the taste. I like it alot and the more you use it the whiter the teeth. plus fresh breath! hope this helps!
