Keep an eye out for cold sores, that is the only thing you could have if you are 100 percent clean of stds. Cold sores are often passed during child hood by being innocently kissed by some one that has cold sores and they are very common to have. Cold sores are caused by oral herpes which are very contagious while there is any sign of an out break. If you or your partner happens to have a cold sore and oral sex is given while there is an out break then cold sores could be passed to the genitals. If neither of you have had oral sex or sexual intercourse with any one else then you shouldn't have stds.
The only other risk you have is getting pregnant. If you don't want to get pregnant you should think about going on birth control and use condoms until you get on some form of birth control.

I'm a virgin girl (even though my icon's a boy) and I might have sex with my boyfriend soon. I know we can contract STD's, but we're both virgins, have never fooled around with anyone else, have never had a blood transfusion, and our parents don't have any diseases. What are the risks, if any? (And yes, we'll use a condom, calm down). Can you be born with a disease somehow?

You should both get tested and you should both use protection. Just because he says he is a virgin does not mean he is. Just because you have not had sex does not mean that you cannot have an STD.

  4. no you cannot be born with a disease ! remember that and it only depends on the how true you are to your partner ! if u feel so have a medical checkup ! even if u have contacted it later then you have medications to solve the problem !

If you are both "virgins" its definitely unlikely to contract stds especially while using protection but then again condoms don't fully protect you there's only like an 80-90% effection that helps you prevent from contracting diseases.
Some people are born with diseases its usually if the mother is infected with hiv or an incurable std sometimes the baby can be born with it.
I do recommend that if you haven't already gotten the gardasil vaccine i would do so its a 3 dose injection that helps prevent cervical cancer, genital warts, and certain neoplasias of the vulva and vagina caused by types 6, 11, 16, and 18 of the Human Papillomavirus (HPV). There are more than 100 different types of Human Papillomavirus (HPV) and more than 30 are sexually transmitted. Types 6, 11, 16, and 18 are common kinds of HPV.Types 6 & 11 cause genital warts (condyloma acuminata) around the vagina and/or anus, and types 16 and 18 cause pre-cancerous changes. HPV can also cause other types of neoplasias of the vulva, vagina, anus in females and the anus and penis in males. Any young woman who plans to be sexually active in her lifetime is at risk for getting HPV. According to the latest statistics, at least 1 in every 2 sexually active young women has had a genital HPV infection.About 6 million new cases of genital HPV are diagnosed in the United States each year. Of this number, it is estimated that 74% of them occur in 15-24 year olds.
