can marijuana cause diabeties?

    There is no evidence that marijuana causes diabetes.
    It does, however, lead to the consumption of junk foods high in sugar & fat.

    Pot has over 240 carcinogens in it. Tobacco only has 70 or so carcinogens.

    Who knows for sure what pot can do to the body.

    But if smoking is bad, pot is worse.

    So, it is possible.

    i very highly doubt it... and i dont see how it would drop your blood sugar level because usually when you smoke it you get the munchies and that would make you eat and make your sugar level go up not down
