    you should go to the ER because any neck injury can be fatal what ever you do don't go to sleep and keep your neck and head as still as possible just go to the hospital now!!!!

    if its minor pain then ice it and wear bands .. also dont use the parts that hurt you

    if u feel like its serious u probably should see a doctor

    i advice to see a doctor
