    My husband has a bad cough tonight he is just getting over a cold.but tonight he can`t stop coughting.Does anyboby have a remedy please.

    Hot shower or bath - anything with a lot of steam to thin the mucus in his lungs so he can effectively cough it out.

    Do NOT take a cough supressant if he is coughing stuff up.

    Hot herbal tea - especially ginger - can help also. If you dont have it, clear liquids will work: water, broth, etc.
