I just realized that when I pull back my foreskin, about all the way uncovering the head, there's a wide, not circular, black mole looking bump on the foreskin and there's white stuff on the area on the head of the penis where the foreskin with the black bump was covering. Is this some kind of cancer/infection?

If there is white stuff, go to the dr., it sounds like an STD to me, especially if it appeared suddenly.
