I just took the worst beating ever in my life, and the guy punched me several times in my back and chest. Just shortly afterwards I started getting trouble breathing, not too badly, but it felt as though my chest was stuffed. It also hurts my chest when I breathe or bend forward. It feels like when I have the flu or something and the lungs/airways are affected, but I'm perfectly healthy. Is this just muscle pain or something from the beating or could it be something more serious? It hurts pretty bad, but not bad enough to go the hospital or anything.

Could be a cracked rib. Probaly wouldnt hurt to see a doctor if it dont stop.

Could be a broken rib, which could be painful for up to 12 weeks.
Or could be a joint in your back that's out, referring pain to the chest. 1 or 2 visits to the physio or chiro should fix this.
