Chest pains, urgent !!?

    If you go to the hospital now, maybe you will be out before GIG.. Or risk dying..
    and maybe it is acid reflux traveling up your esophagus and irrating it, causing it to become imflamed and thats why you cant breathe and thats why it hurts..

    I have severe pains in the center of my chest, and my back. I have short breath, and cannot breathe to deep, because it hurts alot. I am asthmatic and have been taking my ventolin, but cannot breathe deep enough to take my symbycort. I have recently had problems with my lung collapsing, but im pretty sure its not that this time. I also have been burping alot recently, any ideas? I am refusing to go to hospital as i have a GIG tomorrow night, and i am not missing this. Please help, any ideas will be great xx

    Pneumonia? Or possible blood clot broke loose and settled in the lung, known as embolism, both very dangerous.

    Sounds like a serious problem. I would call an ambulance and not worry about the GIG, you probably won't be able to go anyway because of the pain. What happens if you collapse at your GIG, probably won't help your reputation any.
