The top of my right foot hurts bad, but its just one foot, its like something is eating away in the inside.

Not at all. There are many other conditions as old trauma, gout etc. that cause pain in a foot.

I lost my right leg. My left feels like it's in a vice and weighs too much. If it is a sharp pain it means your circulation is probably good but I am no Dr..

Given the age of your avatar, it would be very unlikely to be a diabetic sort of thing. If it is the top of the foot, it is usually the long extensor muscles experiencing strain. In that case the pain will kind of stripe length ways. If the pain runs crossways, you might have hurt the capsule of the midtarsal joint. If it persists, see a podiatrist. Diabetic foot pain will nearly always start at the toes and it would be necessary to have unrecognised diabetes for quite a long time (10+ years) before it was likely.
