Cutting problem help!?

    well i carved a heart on my arm it's kinda low , and it's really noticable because all the red around it .
    i dont want my mom to find out .can some1 help ,what should i doo .?

    so i was bored so i carved love into my hand, and the next day all the red went away and now it just says LOVE with no puffyness or red around it. if u dont want any one to know u carved it, trace it in pen so it looks like u just drew it
