Go and see your doctor, they can let you know what's wrong and help you with your social anxiety too. You may have depression with some psychotic symptoms - this is easily treated with a combo of drugs and maybe some therapy. If you would like to just talk, email me =)

The shadows are most likely brought about by your own paranoia. You're having trouble getting over stuff, and you're preoccupied with it, therefore it's taking a toll on you mentally. You need to try and ignore them, and force yourself to stop "seeing" them. But, that's most likely not possible to do. So, try and find someone who can help you cope with whatever it is you're dealing with always, and if you see or hear another shadow, talk to that person until you sort out whatever's bugging your subconscious.

I have a mental health issue with people as well.I have social anxiety.Type it into your search engine and see if that fits what you are feeling about people. However that does NOT explain about the shadows and voices you are seeing and hearing. That sounds more like schizophrenia.Which is a serious mental health issue. You can look that up too.I suggest you see a doctor as these issues get worse with time. There are treatments out there but no cure.Unfortunately mental heath is not a life threatening illness so no one has ever really done a lot of research in that area. They have just started in the last 20 years or so.
