From my dad’s side family nearly everyone is diabetic and it’s a Heredity disease passes from couple of generations. And from my mother’s side no one is diabetic. So can you please tell me what the percentage are of chances me having the same problem.

It depends on which kind they have. If it's Type 1, there's a slight chance you'll get it. Type 2, you're more at risk.
Family history doesn't always play a major role in the risk of getting diabetes. It can depend on the environment, your eating habits, and overall health and physical condition.
If your dad has Type 1, your chances are 1 in 17. Type 2, 1 in 7 if he was diagnosed before age 50; 1 in 13 if diagnosed after age 50. Some scientists believe that if if the mother has Type 2, and she has a family history of Type 2, that the child is more at risk of getting it than if the father has it, even for male children.

Let's simplify this for everyone.
You have greater than a 50/50 chance of developing diabetes.
I say this because I assume you are male and your father's lineage were all males and all of them apparently had the disease.
My guess would be somewhere around the 90% range of getting the disease, but without knowing more, it's only a guess for that high of a number.
