did I sprain my knee?

    Here is a new idea... if it happened that long ago and it is still swollen go to the doctor.

    There is no way for us to tell the kind of injury your knee sustained, even a doctor would probably need to do an x ray to determine the exact type of injury you have. If it has not healed in 2 months, then it will likely never heal unless you get treatment.
