Do Crest white strips ware down the enamel off your teeth?

    Crest whitening strips can cause sensitivity to teeth or your gums. I think excessive use, can cause damage to your teeth. I use crest vivid white toothpaste everyday. I have been using it for 7 to 8 years and it works great.I use the whitening strips only a couple times a year for a touch up. There are also mouth rinses that help whiten your teeth. If you have any more questions or concerns, make a consult appointment with your dentist.
