    To be honest, I suffer from anxiety and have the same symptoms. Also - could you have fibromyalgia? I have that too, which doesn't help, and causes chest/rib pain, low blood pressure, heart palpitations, fatigue, dizziness, and shortness of breath. I suggest you look into that. It actually causes Costochondritis.

    To me it sounds a lot like anxiety. The only thing you can do is go back to your doctor.

    Well to me it sounds more like anxiety, mainly because of the way you described the chest pain, it just doesnt sound like chest pain that comes with heart problems. And also since you are 17 and have a history of depression Anxiety is way more likely then a heart condition(unless you were born with it)
