Do I have AIDS if I touch blood?

  1. you get aids from blood if it either gets in your eyes or in an open wound (or injected). if you have no open wounds, you should be fine.

You can only get aids if her blood directly touches her blood or if you get it in your anus or genitalia.

There is nothing to worry about unless your mom is already infected with AIDS and your finger has an open wound.

In actuality AIDS is a large sized virus (sounds odd but it is) just barely small enough to slip in through our mucous membranes that make up and surround our genitalia, eyes, and parts of our mouth. SO in order to transmit AIDS via blood you have to reallllllly grind it into a open wound and simple skin contact is not going to let it into your system.
