    Wow, this so embarrassing.
Well, I'm 15. I started being sexually active with this senior I really like about 4 months ago. We are not in a relationship, so I have no clue who else he's having sex with.
So basically, we've had sex quite a few times, protected with a condom every single time.
But last friday we had sex after not doing it for about a month and a half. It really hurt this time, and I was a little bit sore for the next couple days.
Then on monday, I noticed my vag really itched and burned. And it still is extremely uncomfortable.
I'm not discharging anything that's colored and it doesn't smell foul.
I've been using Yeast infection cream to soothe the itching, but I'm really concerned about this. I never had these symptoms before.
What is going on down there?
    Thanks for your help.
Should I have my mom take me to the gyno?
My mom knows I'm having sex with this guy, but its just plain scary to tell her I need to go to a doctor for that. How do I tell her?

  2. if you have been using condoms its unlikely that you have caught anything itching and burning could be thrush you can buy cream over the counter to help with this or visit your doctor. Does it hurt when you wee does it really burn or sting and do you feel the need to wee very often this could mean that you have cystitis which is a common urine infection and can be broiught on by sex that is rough or too hard or fast or can happen if your not lubicated enough in that area when penetration begins.
i know you probably think your old and mature enough ut you are very young and underage you need to be careful also it sounds like you dont know this guy to well as you say he could be sleeping with other people , look after your self and value your self surely you are worth someone that actually cares about you this sounds to me as its just about sex,,,,,,,, not always a good idea at your age hin but good luck

Thinking about the possibility of having a sexually transmitted disease can be an embarrassing and uncomfortable thing to think and talk about. With that said though, your first priority should always be to your own well-being and the safety of your health. STDs can be dangerous when left undiagnosed or untreated, so if you think you may be suffering from one, it is important to get yourself tested as quickly as possible. Even if you are not experiencing symptoms, sexual educators and specialist recommend highly that all sexually active individuals get tested regularly. In fact the standard of regular STD testing is every 3 months, even if you are with the same partner. With temptation and infidelity being at all time highs; it is never a good idea to “assume” when it comes to your health.
