put a *star* by the symptoms i have...

    Excessive thirst and appetite*
    Increased urination*
Unusual weight loss (not much) *
    Fatigue or weak*
    Nausea, perhaps vomiting*
    Blurred vision*
    Dry mouth*
    Slow-healing sores or cuts
    Itching skin*

I also have bad chest pains every now and then... i just get a sharp pain in my chest for about 3 seconds,

You can't be diagnosed on Yahoo answers, but you should probably contact your doctor as soon as possible. Have them give you a blood test to determine if you have diabetes. Those look like symptoms that need to be checked out. ASAP.

  3. It looks like Type 1 diabetes.

Make an appointment with the doctor NOW.

It's not anxiety. Definitely sounds like Diabetes. Here's what to do.

    1. Make an appointment to see your doctor ASAP so he can test your A1C and look at how your blood sugar's been over the last few months.

    2. Stop eating heavy carbs and sugar. They will only fuel the fire, FOR SURE.

    3. Start taking cinnamon, chamomile, and cayenne pepper on a regular basis. You can buy all of these as supplement pills at most health food stores. These herbs and spices have a direct, dramatic effect on Diabetes.

    4. If you can't see a doctor for whatever reason and you want answers now, then buy a home self-test blood glucose machine. They're between $50-$100. But they're worth it. Eat a piece of fruit and a half hour to forty five minutes later, test your blood sugar. If it's 120 or below, you're alright. If it's 120 or above, well... that is a strong indicator of Diabetes.

i think so, don't worry though its not that scary. I have diabetes and i also ended up looking for the symptoms and saying -"hey i have diabetes!" I went to my doctor and i told him, he gave me a test, and then he confirmed it within the day.

Not a big deal. Once your diagnosed things will start to get better because now you can treat the headaches, chest pains, blurry vision, fatigue etc. I was diagnosed when i was 16 .

avoid sugar, especially soda, get a glucose meter and keep an eye on your blood sugar.
test on the arm, it doesn't hurt.
