The lowest i had was 81/60 and the doctor looked surprised and told me that most people would be on their backs. He sounded serious but i could not get my voice out to ask him if he meant in the hospital or dead. I am 18 years old 5'5'' and weigh 155lb.
Also my hands and feet are ALWAYS cold. If they are warm im surprised, my tounge falls asleep and once in a GREAT while when I stand up I get a little dizzy. I also get a cramp in my foot in the same spot that keeps coming back, horrible pain. so yeah nothing to bad i guess... right?
Oh, and my tounge falls asleep once in a great while only. It started today after 3 or so years of it not happening.
Hey Bud, now that I showed my symptoms is it worse then you thought?

It means you're healthy. The side effect of BP that low is sometimes weakness.

If you were alert and conscious with a blood pressure of 81/60 the doctor has reason to be surprised. Normal blood pressure for a healthy adult ranges from 90 to 120 systolic and 65 to 85 diastolic. (that is 90/65 to 120/80)Most people with your blood pressure would not be able to stand up, and may be in a semiconscious state. As long you feel good and are having no symptoms such as dizziness or fainting then it must be normal for you. Unusual, but normal.

Bud's answer is correct. But, an unusually low blood pressure reading could mean that you are behind on your daily fluid intake and by dramatically increasing your daily water intake, this can also increase your blood pressure reading. And, if you are using any type of diuretic, this could lower your blood pressure as could dieting and anemia. This blood pressure is only serious if you are having symptoms with it - fainting would come to mind and severe dizziness upon standing would be another one. Your doctor would be your best resource as to why you are running this low. He statement about being on your back would be related to the possibility of fainting or being too dizzy to stand up, not in the hospital or dead.
