When you say you twitch your eye, is it involuntary? Like I explained in your other question, tics aren't. It's that urge to move. TS causes tics not twitches.
So how often do you do these tics? If it's only a few times a day than your have nothing to worry about. But if it's constant, you probably have a tic disorder.
How long have you been having these tics? If it's under a year than it's probably just a tic disorder that's caused by stress. 15-20% of kids have experienced tics in their life but they're usually just minor or go away soon. If it's been over a year, it could be tourette's.
Another thing, how old are you? to be diagnosed with TS a person has to have tics that start before they turn eighteen.
If it still sounds like you have tourette's to you, I suggest you go to the doctor. Start be going to the GP and he/she will recommend you to another doctor from there. If the GP thinks it's just a tic disorder he/she will probably send you to a 'mental health professional.' If the GP thinks it's tourette's, they'll probably send you to a neurologist.

Maybe nothing is wrong. This things happen to nearly everyone now and then throughout adolescence, sometimes for a month or so, and then it stops for a while. When this happens occasionally, it is called transient tic disorder. Sometimes this occurs when a person becomes overly self-conscious about their appearance or behavior. If this has been occurring regularly for more than several months, then you may be developing some type of tic disorder such as Tourette's or something similar. There's a whole spectrum of severity.
If this is just a recent occurrence - just wait a while and see what happens. Stress, anxiety, certain prescription medications, and sleep problems can cause this to occur. Regardless of the cause, when someone starts having this problem, people usually benefit from taking a few deep breaths, relaxing the muscles and moving around to loosen up.

Hey, Nikki answered this pretty well above. To me, it seems like you probably have it. Here are the requirements for a Tourettes Diagnosis:
1) you have at least two motor tics and one vocal tic. You've described this, so you are good here.
2) tics change over time in all respects, including frequency, intensity, tic type, anatomical location, and number of different tics. You've described this too.
3) The tics can't be explained by some other condition, such as anxiety or the 'twitches' often experienced during grief.
4) You have to experience the tics for at least a period of one year. You've described this too. Those are the main ones. If you think you might have it, (and I think there's a good chance you do based on your description), then you should see a psychiatrist. He may want to send you to a neurologist for some brain scans to rule out any other causes. After that, he should be able to provide you with some sort of diagnosis.
